With Dover RFC trying to push forward positively into the future we have made some big changes to the committee structure

Dover Rugby Club have now approved a new committee structure to help develop all aspects of the club and drive towards a positive future.

The structure is as follows:

Within this committee there is a team of on individuals taking on extremely important roles to help all areas of the the club develop.

Club Development Committee - Dave Allen (key role) has taken on the role of Head of Club Develop and will lead all things 'behind the scenes' but very visible, including facility development, safeguarding, fundraising, social, to name a few. He has team on individuals who have taken on extremely important roles to help push Dover RFC in to the 21st century.

In a bid to show our members the work that the committee are doing and be transparent in all that we do you can find a section on this new website that contains all the minutes from all our meetings. The committees have a large job to do this year and we will endeavour to improved elements of the club as quickly as we can. We now have a five year plan in place and a direction in which we are moving. We would appreciate all the support, help and volunteering that all our club members can assist us with to improve Dover RFC
